LA and FRANCE is under Corrective Maintenance Order.
At the time of this writing, we are restoring accounts onto a new machine with an entirely new configuration, and we expect this to fully resolve the performance issues that we have been facing recently.
What does this mean?
Accounts are currently undergoing restoration. You may notice some accounts inaccessible over the next 12-24 hours, all accounts however will be restored.
Thankfully, our clients have been patient during these issues we have experienced, and I personally thank each and every one of you. We have put, and will continue to put many resources towards fixing the issues in order to provide a reliable service going forward.
UPDATED: 08/08/2010 - We are now migrating the LA accounts to ATLANTA server.
UPDATED: 08/09/2010 - Here is the latest update, we have already restored the FRANCE server, Please disregard the last account information has emailed to you and use your current logins.
NOTE: If you use are using custom nameservers, please change to the new ips below:
1. If you are in Los Angeles, Please use Atlanta nameserver ips:
